A lot of us use Atlas Quest for Events. It really makes it easy to track attendees, send messages, etc.

Thanks. I have my event listed there and I was advised to list it
here also because not everybody reads AQ. I'll just leave things the
way they are, no need to over compicate things.

I think an announcement on the chat lists directing folks to sing up on AQ is what a lot of us do. At least I do!

By "chat lists" H&H is probably indicating you should post the
annnouncement on your regional yahoo group, directing them to sing up
on AQ. I suppose the regional group for Arkansas is
